While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, with respect to such goods. We are not responsible for the loss or damage in case of fire, theft or any other caused beyond our control.  By agreeing to allow Rose Equipment Service & Repair to work on our equipment, I herby authorize the work or service to be done along with the necessary material and herby grand you and/or your employee's permission to operate the unit as necessary for the purpose of testing and/or inspect. An express mechanics lien is herby acknowledged on the unit to secure the amount of the repairs thereto. I understand if my equipment is not picked up within 15 days of completion. a $10/DAY  storage fee may be assessed in addition to my total bill for up to 30 days.  Thereafter. the equipment will be considered abandoned and discarded at the sole discretion of Rose Equipment Service & Repair/Rose Party Rental. If a signature is not available upon pick up, your  Service Ticket Number is your accepting of these terms and conditions. Our drivers will take a photo of your unit in front of your house as conformation of pick up if you the owner is not home to sign paperwork.
